Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Governing law: the Philippines
1. Who provides this service
Revenue Rocket is a review-management SaaS operated by Revenue Rocket (registered in the Philippines) for small and medium businesses. Under RA 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012), two roles apply: for the customer contact lists you import and the review requests you send, you are the personal information controller and Revenue Rocket acts only as your processor. For our own account, usage, and site data, we are the controller. The Data Processing Agreement schedule (Section 7) forms part of these Terms.
2. Acceptable use — no fake or incentivized reviews
You may send review requests only to customers you have actually served, whose contact details you collected directly, and who consented to be contacted. At import, you warrant that this consent exists and that your use of the Service complies with Google's and Facebook's review policies. Strictly prohibited:
- Fake, purchased, incentivized, or gated reviews of any kind.
- Importing scraped, bought, or borrowed contact lists.
- Using the Service to pressure, harass, or deceive consumers.
- Hiding or filtering negative feedback in a way that misleads.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund, and we will not assist in restoring profiles penalized for policy violations.
3. Billing & cancellation
Plans are billed monthly or annually in Philippine pesos via GCash, card, or bank transfer. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle, and we do not pro-rate partial cycles unless the law requires it. SMS top-up packs are credited instantly and are non-refundable once delivered. Founding-plan subscribers pay ₱999/month, locked for 24 months, after which the 20% loyalty discount applies for as long as the subscription stays active.
4. Uptime & support
We target 99.5% monthly availability of the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance. If we miss that target for two consecutive months, contact us at hello@revenuerocket.ph — we'll work with you directly on a fair remedy (account credit or cancellation with a refund of your unused period). Support commitments per plan are listed on the pricing page.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost rankings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes go to good-faith negotiation first (15 days), then to the courts of Makati City.
7. DPA schedule
As your processor, we work with vetted sub-processors and hold them to the same standard:
- Supabase — database & application hosting
- Semaphore — SMS delivery (PH-registered sender IDs)
- Resend — transactional email
- PayMongo — Philippine payments (GCash, cards)
- Stripe — international payments
- OpenAI — AI reply drafting (no customer reviews used to train models)
- Hugging Face (serverless inference) — AI reply fallback, feedback sentiment labels, reply toxicity screening, and digest summaries (inference only, no training on your data)
- PostHog — product analytics (via a first-party reverse proxy)
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) — bot protection on public forms
- Upstash (Redis) — rate limiting (hashed identifiers only, no plaintext PII)
- Twilio — SMS fallback for US/UK numbers
We notify you of any personal data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware. Customer contact lists are purged 24 months after a contact's last activity, or sooner on your written request. Data subject requests are handled per our Data Subject Rights page. Questions: privacy@revenuerocket.ph.
