Data Subject Rights

Last updated: October 14, 2026 · RA 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012

Whether you are a business owner, an employee, or one of your customers, you have rights over personal data that Revenue Rocket holds. Here is exactly how to use them.

What you can ask for

  • Access — know what personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — fix anything wrong
  • Deletion — have your data removed
  • Portability — take your data with you
  • Objection / withdrawal of consent — say no, and we stop

How to exercise them

Export my data

Settings → “Export CSV” gives you everything we hold — contacts, requests, reviews, replies — in minutes.

Delete my data

Settings → “Delete my data” starts erasure. We complete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Some records stay only where the law requires us to keep them.

By email

Email privacy@revenuerocket.ph with the subject “Data subject request”. We reply within 30 days, per RA 10173.

Lodge a complaint with the NPC

You can also file directly with the National Privacy Commission at npc.gov.ph — we will fully cooperate.

Businesses acting as controllers of their own customer lists can also export or purge contacts anytime in Settings — no waiting on us.
